I dont know what you guys are talking about. I bought minecraft and i thought it was shitty and they refunded me. It's definitely possible, might just depend on the agent you talk to.

I went on support chat a few minutes after i posted this because I have also wondered about a refund. This was the response i got.

"Alright. I have checked this one with my managers right here and we can see that the developers are now formulating the exchange patch for the game to make sure that this will work. This patch will be released within this week. Just to inform you that refunds won't be processed for this game for the mean time as the developers are working hard for this resolution. If in case that the patch was released and still did not work for you, that is the time that we can have the game refunded for you and we will make sure of that 100%."

Like I said earlier, this is possible.

why bother to pay 60$ just for one feature?
you know campaign is working perfectly (maybe for me). So why not play the game for the storyline also?

They don't allow refunds over the marketplace, the only type of refund you will get is to sell the license transfer and allow people to pay like 15$ a piece for it or something. That's the only thing I can think of

I've had Refunds for two Gameson Xbox Ones Marketplace one of the Agents said that you are aloud to get a refund aslong as it isn't over 30 days or something.

Tip to get a refund say the game keeps crashing or doesn't load tell them you've tried everything to get it to work even downloaded it again should work.

i had a refund on bf4 digital download because the game was so laggy and kept disconnecting , but it was after a lengthy chat with xbox support and some troubleshooting steps , once he was out of ideas i dropped the refund bomb , so persevere u might find it more helpful to call them also .

You can get a refund, half these morons in here dont know what they are talking about. I got a refund on my halo digital and just got a refund on my fifa 15 digital. Just go into the live chat and say the game doesn't work on your console and you tried to re-download it and it still doesn't work. They will then refund you as long as you paid with paypal/credit card. If they say no then go into another chat.
