Hit my chin on a curb after tripping over my Football

Broke one of the hardest bones, the elbow, by falling of my BMX on a tiny ramp.

I was so embarrassed...

When I was about 8 years old I had a mask and couldn't see anything and I was running while I was running I ran straight into a wooden chair and knocked both my front teeth out. Good thing they were baby teeth

4 years ago the day before HS tennis tryouts I almost broke but only fractured my left ankle. Not so ironically I did it playing tennis, my friend and I were rallying and he shanked the ball of the side of his racket, and me trying hard as shit in just a fun game for some reason. I over stepped the ball causing me to "run over my ankle".

I also broke my arm when I was 5. I was in Memphis visiting my cousins, while me and my cousin were jumping on their trampoline he dared me to put my jacket hood over my head and jump. To this day I cant stop laughing at it. I made it three jumps and I fell off. I dont remember much but I do remember crying and my cousin scared and asking me what to do. I said crying "Go get my mom!" to this day its one of the funniest things I've ever said.

I don't know what its called but the worst injury ive had was in my ankle when playing football and someone slide tackled me and i don't really know what happened but i couldn't walk on it for quite like 2 to 3 weeks

This is quite ironic, i just had my first concussion last night.
Was in the shoutbox, went away for 5 minutes to go hit some dirt jumps, landed on my head, my mom said i was out for 2-3 minutes.
I woke up breathing very rapidly. Sprained my right arm with it.
