Quick question what operating system do you have? Also add me.
EDIT did some looking into this and found these two as a possible solution

Method 1: Run a hardware and devices troubleshooter
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]



Method 2:
Try to plug in the device in a different USB port of the computer and see if it works.



Method 3:
Try to update the audio drivers of your computer from the manufacturers website of your computer, then check again if it works.



Method 4:
Open the Recording Audio troubleshooter
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

if its a snowball ice try unplugging the microphone from the cord (not the USB port end, the other end)


As for the reason why I asked what operating system you have is because its not compatible with windows 8

Method 1 is a bust. It just said it stopped working or w/e

Method 2 has already been tried

Method 3 I have no clue.

Method 4 also doesn't work for same reason of 1.
