Yes, games that you don't like are games, too. I wouldn't want to be a "gamer" if "true gamers" belittle other people who play different games or are new to games.

I'm not exaggerating, I was trying to ask Moronic a question but as we're on now, all he did was copy and paste so he never game his own view on what I said.

I'm not saying they're not games. I'm saying if you're going around saying you're some gamer, I expect a nice conversation about games in general. Not just the 4 games everyone is playing. I guess it's just a generation gap. Sigh.

You're probably talking to casuals or younger people. I don't know what any of this copy paste business is about. The games you played when you were young were probably the popular ones at the time, too.

I'm still currently quite young so when I was gaming, there wasn't a lot out ( Talking back about original Xbox and early PC ) but I still didn't sit on 1 game all day.

The fact we now have all these amazing PCs and sort of amazing consoles, it makes me wonder why people sit on 1 or 2 games and that's all they do when there's literally thousands out there. Then say they're " gamers " because they play the 2 most overplayed games out there as of now.

What I think you're trying to convey is that people aren't getting enough variety with games. You come off as a snob when you say that people who play certain games, or are new to games in general, are not "true gamers."

At 19 to about 13 there is a vague gap there. I could bring up a lot of older games and people would understand. At the same time, I could bring up all the games everyone is playing now and people would still understand.

Vague is the wrong word. Vague means indistinct. There is a distinct gap between 13 and 19, it's 6 years. Also, you say you're a "gamer" because you played on old generation consoles, such as the original xbox, and "early pc". That made me lol, thank you for that. I'm slightly younger than you and was gaming before you, does that make me more of a "gamer"? You're responses are terrible, often making no sense and just being all over the place.

That made me laugh lol I agree, you play any one game then you are classified as a gamer, the OP Is saying that you are not a gamer If you just play CoD and or Minecraft which Is utter bollocks. If you open a game on your computer and find out It doesn't work then switch to something you can play that makes you a gamer! Hell just the fact you were loading up a game with the intention of playing makes you a gamer!

You realise why games are overplayed, right? Because people ENJOY them and have FUN, not to become a GAMER.

its like saying a pro gamer isn't a gamer because he plays 1 game. As long as you play a game you are considered a gamer. especially if you spend numerous amount of hours on it. I know people who only like zombie games and there are not that many of them out there so his options are limited.
