Get a smaller watt power supply around 600 watts is good. Also swap out the i3 for an i5. And what case are you getting?

If you give us a budget we can make a better build for you without telling you what to swap.

If money is not an issue then I highly suggest going for a high end i5 or an i7 the performance is a major increase from the i3 you have selected. I also recommend getting a 256gb SSD and a good case of your choice.

Oh wow. Firstly, Z87? Ew. Such a waste tbh. Should just get a B85 mobo if you're not overclocking, or Z97 if you're going to overclock. The 4690k is not going to be compatible in that Z87 board unless it's already been updated to the latest BIOS. If you have a full sized case, an ATX or mATX board will look weird in it and it's going to be much larger than necessary. That PSU is ridiculous. Not only is it terrible, but you're only going to be using 450W max. You're not "that guy" because you have a budget, regardless of how low or high it is. Give us a budget and we'll need to know your currency as well to help. Also, will you overclock and do you need peripherals?
