from where i am from no body cares for accents if a person from England comes here for a visit ppl are just like oh cool as for the girls they go ape s*it for anything out of the blue

It has to do with being different. Me being from Arizona I love women with British accents (just seems so damn sexy) but hate mens.

I'm from England and even I love a woman with a well spoken English neutral accent.

I talk slang so I sound about as passionate as a bears fart. But I think its more about proper spoken accents that people appreciate/fancy more when its not of there origin.

Well spoke usually tends to get people curious/horny... Ha! Where as a slang accent in a different country makes people want to have a good laugh with you.

Its like in England when you get an older Pakistani or Indian being humorous in a broken English accent. They could be 60+ years old, but there actions and translation sounds so adorable and child like, that you don't want them to stop talking.
