go the gym daily , only do cardio and weights though need to stard doing more !!

Yeah been lifting for 1 year now, got a 265 Bench Press, 285 Squat, and 405 Deadlift

(yes i know my bench to squat ratio my shit just wont go up)

Love to hear other peoples diets and what works best for them.

Please could some of you post exactly what your eating and what your not eating.

Im eating about 4-5 meals a day, with 3 protein shakes. Morning, Lunch and after gym.

I was eating skinless/boneless chicken once a day with brown rice and also other meals during the day. I got so sick and tired of chicken after the first month
