I'm using component on my TV but not on my HD PVR... when i switch the mode to component on my hd pvr everything goes black on my tv

I had this problem so all you have to do is, the component wires plugged into the HD PVR to youre tv, switch them around, also have you checked there in the right place, or maybe refund your'e hd pvr.

p.s youre tv may not support 1080 so lowe it to 720.

Ok, here is exactly how I fixed the same problem (Quick Fix) Unplug and restart everything(xbox remove wires, unplug power to all devices, Reboot pc and unplug all wire that lead to hd pvr, then replug everything back in.

After this is solved if you want to livestream and have trouble let me know
