I have tried and tried and tried and I don't even know if it is possible to get it under 100kb, but if anyone can it's you guys.

I've made it under 100kb but it takes frames out and such and I don't want that, so just try your best please.

EDIT: I don't want it to be less than 100x100 either.

Try to convert it to PNG and resize all of the frames manually.
