For about a month straight I've been staying up til 7am everyday not able to sleep.Am I the only person who goes through this I feel as though my IQ has dropped as a result lol i;m becoming stupid.

Nah man! I stay up all night and sleep in the day. I live in Texas and its 7:30 right now and I'm about to go to sleep and stay up all night.. My sleeping schedule is just really messed up.. I don't feel like I'm getti stupid though.

do you sleep all day? its not good to sleep this way due to you will get use to it or over tired and run down and become sick eventually if you staying awake for days that is not good cause your body will get use to it and when you want to sleep you will not be able to sleep i know personally due to I only sleep 3 or 4 hours a night due to my work schedule you will need 6 to 8 hours of sleep at least no sleep makes you grow older faster and older looking. lack of sleep

I think its something to do with your sleeping pattern.
My sleeping pattern is **** XD I always stuggle to sleep haha.

I'm the same, I take Melatonin but it doesn't seem to help.

LOL i sleep like til 10 am so abou 4 hrs then just play Xbox or something all day.

just need to change your sleep pattern that is all . I am sure when you get back to school or start a job which ever it is then you will get back on a normal schedule for sleeping best wishes Get some sleep it will pay off in the long run

Try Benadryl most underated drug around lol (Allergy Medicine)
