its normal, you're probably awake till stupid o'clock like the rest of us, if you want a normal sleeping pattern switch everything off by 11pm and sleep

If its your sleeping schedule then I would try and go to bed earlier.. If its some sort of Sleeping problem I would go see a doctor.

I worked a 12 hour shift yesterday and went to sleep at 2 am after being awake since 7 am. that's just how I am
