[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] 's one for ~£35 (after shipping) that has a 48v XLR input, two unbalanced outputs and a 1/4inch headphone jack. It should do all you need it to do!
So just to confirm, if i got this, i could plug it into my PC via the USB, then plug my XLR mic and headphones into it, then have my PC audio come through my headphones and then the mic be used for like Teamspeak/skype on said PC? Apologies if that sounds super stupid haha
Yup! It will work like that. ^.^
Great! is there any other devices that do the same you could recommend? the UM2 is currently out of stock on amazon, which is where i prefer to order my stuff from?
Not for that price, order it from thomman if you can, they accept paypal. I've ordered stuff from there before without issue.
okay lovely, ill look into that for sure.
would this work for me? since its USB? just so i have another option incase?

No, this only has 15v phantom power, whereas condenser microphones require 48v phantom power.
This one here is supposedly 48v, would this work? as i could afford this.

Yeah, that will work fine, however the one i recommended is cheaper (it's really up to you if you need the extra busses/EQ/compressors).
