To be honest, knowing paypal they will probably give a full refund to the buyer.

Well if the buyer had been playing the game for over a week after redeeming it then it cant be your fault. Call up paypal, there support is really good.

give paypal the tracking number, take a screenshot of positive feedback give them that, and if he has mailed you thanking for the item or whatever give them that aswell, he got the item it worked fine and he has some how broke it and tried to get his money back.


All you can really do is try and give them all the evidence that you sent it and it worked before you sent it

I'm pretty sure he'll win the dispute as PayPal don't support digital sales. Unless you sent him something via post he will get his money back.
