I keep getting randomly disconnected from Xbox live but I automatically get reconnected within 15-25 seconds (so that lets me know my connection isn't dropping) and I play on wired connection. My connection speeds are 80 down and 12 up. This mostly happens when I'm playing black ops 3 because it never seems to happens when I'm watching Netflix. I've already tried all the restarting router and Xbox stuff. Would really appreciate it if someone knew a fix for this.

Many different things could be causing this. Is your internet itself experiencing these hiccups or is it just your Xbox? Have you tried a Hard restart? Sounds funny but it solves alot of stupid issues.

I've already tried hard reset and it's only my Xbox that's having this problem because I have my phone connected to the wifi and the connection doesn't drop or anything

First step is to go into your Internet settings on XBONE.
From there run an Advanced Test.
See if there is some packet loss; if there is it is your Internet.
Next is going to Xbox Support.
Their website normally shows errors happening on Xbox Live.

Run a ping test if you can wire your computer to your router and let it run for a while. You should be able to see if its your internet or not

I think I have found a fix for it.. I deleted my Xbox live account off my Xbox then I put it back on my Xbox and the problem hasn't happened since.
