So if you saw the title then you probably clicked this, and what I meant by the title is. Microsoft is a poor excuse of a company! A BILLION DOLLAR company cant even fix there servers or give us updates, or at least say something is wrong besides a status on the website? Ive had a Xbox Live account for a little over 7 years. Im just P*SSED!

Completely agree with you this is absolutely ridiculous.

Anybody who continues to defend this company either doesn't know their shit or has Microsofts balls in their mouths.

It's getting frustrating when they keep going down by the week and do nothing about it except fix it temporarily.

OMG the severs that support millions of online players goes off for a couple hours and you start calling them poor GTFO honestly i can't stand people like you microsoft have given us years of entertainment and it goes down for a couple hours and you rage lmfao.Edit btw i have not seen the servers go down in a year the last time was when it got DDOSed and it was like for 5 minutes.

Once again if you haven't noticed this is an ongoing thing, its been happening for weeks at a time. Every week its something new. They can't say something is fixed, just for it to fall again. They could give some status updates at the least. Not some stupid automated support answers on the Website.

Yes but you clearly have no idea how hard it is to mitigate data for millions of users per day. Yes they make loads of money a day, but that still doesn't effect how network traffic is handled. Also Microsoft has updated on their support twitter page.

This is Microsoft were talking about here, not some inexperienced 3rd party company.

They have all the experience and tools to make this go away, but they don't, they don't give a shit about their customers cause if they did a prime example would be them doing their utmost to give the fans the games they want for Backwards Compatibilty, but instead they give them shit.

I'm not surprised though, they can't even keep the servers up for atleast a STRAIGHT month. Let alone listen to their fans.

im on xbox live everyday and i have not seen them go down in a year maybe my region was not affected but i have not seen the servers down in a year.
