I heard about this a few days back. But most of the time when I see things like this most of the boys I went to school would say something like " where was this teacher when I was in school " which is probably the same thing most boys are thinking. It's weird how this kind of stuff works like when it's a young boy with a older female he's gets props but when it's a young female with a older man people get mad and want to kick his ass. As on how I feel about it I wish these kind of teachers were around when I was in school too. I can only dream to be as lucky this kid.

I know, which the question of "should she be punished" shouldn't be asked. Of course she should be punished. Why is this a question? Do people really think she should get off without anything? Even then op asked if she should be in jail. It's absurd that is a question. She should totally be in prison.

I can't really say anything, because i was 15 when i slept with a 21 year old English teacher, but we kept i quite but i don't understand why would you tell anyone about going that far.

"Sexual assault is any type of forced or coerced sexual contact or behavior that happens without consent. Sexual assault includes rape and attempted rape, child molestation, and sexual harassment or threats." I did not watch the video, but i read this post. So i may not know the whole story, but the OP made this sound as if the whole ordeal was consensual. There really was no crime committed. But if this was the other way around(male teacher and female student) then this would be a whole other situation(not that it should). If two people both want to have sex, then why should they not be able to? Now, if it was a case of rape, then yes, she should be charged with rape. But it was not.

The point of the age of consent is that you cannot give consent until you reach that age.
Sex without consent is rape.
