If your scheduled date to paid was the 30th and you were not paid, go straight to your boss. If he refuses to pay, sue them in a small claims court.

How do you have your checks set up, do they mail you a check, or is it direct deposited in your bank?

Next did you turn in your hours? If so, did you turn them in on time. I know with my company if I don't turn in my hours on time, I'm screwed for those two weeks as I've missed the pay period. They will put it on the next check so I just get a bigger check, but definitely make sure you report your hours on time. For me I have to get them in by 5PM eastern time Sunday.

Some jobs also have you essentially work for free for the first week as they are hiring multiple people only meaning to take on a couple. The way they legally do this is say that the unpaid hours are to pay for documentary fees and your education on the job. I don't think very many places do this, if any anymore but I have heard of it being done.
