No one knows exactly what causes or caused the Mandela Effect someone have theorized that it is two or more parallel universes colliding with each other. Another theory is that we all died in 2012 and we are living in an Egyptian type after life were life continues as usual but you died but don't realize it, a few details might be off. Also time itself has been speed up somehow idk if that is related to the mandala effect, but I'm just throwing that out there.

it was just interesting to me because in the video he said that everyone either had or knew someone that have a NDE in 2012 and i had a NDE in 2012 also i fell into psychosis in 2012 which made me question reality for a little while and now im hearing about this mandala effect which has to do with faults within reality.

Yes it's crazy every video I was watching about these effects kept giving me chills through my body they all just feel so true to me and they made me just pause after watching them and making me question myself.

yeah i find it odd that i was expecting something major or the world was gone end in 2012 and then in 2012 i almost died.
