I feel as jf it should be the same, surely they carry boxes, and if i went there they would sell me a box and a label then i could just package and leave there to be shipped

You can just buy your own box and pack it yourself. Bring it to the post office and they will weigh it, ask your preferred shipping speed, and then put the appropriate label on the box and send it out. Good luck.
