Does anyone else find the new snapchat update which allows you to see where all your friends are and them where you are a bit stalky?

I personally wouldn't want people on my snapchat knowing exactly where I was whenever they wanted to, for that reason I'm keeping mind turned off.

I completely agree, absolutely ridiculous, don't see why Snapchat would even consider making it a part of Snapchat

I turned on ghost mode. I find it wird persay if I add someone from TTG or somewhere else online and they can basically stalk me at any given point in time? I don't know how SnapChat can even do that legally, but hey at least we can disable it. Right?

I think as long as they allow the user to disable it - it kinda makes it legal. The feature is for nosey people who like knowing everyones business I think.

As long as it has an option to disable the location on that small map, they're semi-ok. It could still lead to kidnappings, anybody can pretty much add you on Snapchat (if you don't have the option to select who you want to accept as a friend).

As soon as a crime happens and they find one of the reasons of the crime was that map, they'll remove it.

Most stalkers are close friends of people and they've added each other on Snapchat. Ghost mode will always be on in my Snapchat, no matter what.

It legal because when you sign up for Snapchat you agree to any updates/features that happen.
