The program is saved to your desktop.

If you look you will see a green icon called xbox 360 neighborhood. if for some reason it didn't download
make sure you configure your firewall and antivirus settings to allow downloads.

Just tried using the provided download link, but still no luck. I downloaded the Sdk files and still no neighborhood on my desktop or under the SDK program files. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

My only guess is that your antivirus is deleting it immediately upon installation

Wasn't able to see what was causing the problem on my computer. So I was able to borrow a friends laptop and install SDK files on there and load them onto a USB drive then copy them over to my PC

glad you got it up and working i am sure you just needed to disable your anti-virus or firewall for install but anyway you got it working congrats glad i could help you out
