I will get the thermal paste today. But even when I upped the settings to 720 or 1080 it would still play just as laggy and glitchy as it would on 480.

your cpu is literally dying it is to busy focusing on living rather than processing your pretty graphics

My CPU fan isn't even moving lol that's the problem. After I apply more thermal paste if it's still glitchy what would be the graphics problem?

i dont think your graphics card has an issue

Stupid question, but if your CPU fan isn't working are you sure it's plugged in.

Don't run the computer if your CPU fan is not working, you are going to fry your processor.


Your GPU fan will only come on when the card hits a certain temperature due to the fan curve.
