I'm not sure if this should list in conspiracy but it's the most related I feel.
I'm joining this organization and one of the current members gave us an encrypted message which I cannot seem to figure out. I originally thought it was a variant of a ROT or a reverse.
The message is below. Any help decrypting this would be greatly appreciated.
NTOMH ZRVSY GODJN OGGDQ RQQRT PMOSM GNSMS MSQRQ QRTD
In the GNSMS word, the N is either an N or a W. The handwriting with it was rather poor and I can't really tell.
Thanks.

I put the code in a simple cryptography cracker and all I got was;
WPP.R ERRED BYWAY PLAYA YARER RED.
If that makes any sense at all?

Unfortunately, I don't think that's what I'm looking for. Not really sure where he wants us to go with this one. Quite tricky unfortunately

did you get anything with it that could serve as an encryption key ? like a word or number ?

It may use that encryption key, I will try that. I appreciate the help.

Attempted to use the encryption key "pershingrifles" or "PR" or "pershing" and came with no luck. Perhaps I am doing it the wrong way. Can anyone verify these still end up leaving a bunch of gibberish on the message?

well it seems to be a CESEAR CODE because it's composed of series of 5 lettres the only probleme is that the solution to decrypt it is to find the "shift"
