Did you try what xbox support says to do? tried a different wire? another port? try modem to xbox 360 without the router involved if that works you know the problem has to do with your router.

Yep tried all them steps , didn't work. I tried wireless still no different. It's a modem Router sorry. I don't know why I put Modem/Router for.
