Mine used to be all kinds of messed up. That was when I didn't have any responsibilities, just school and video games. Now as an "adult" I've got a pretty good sleep schedule, I basically work 11 hour shifts five days a week. So I go to bed around 10pm every night and then get up at 6am. On my days off I might stay up late and sleep in, but for the most part I get eight hours of sleep. In the summer working on cars all day in a hot shop makes you exhausted, so there are times where I fall asleep at like 7 or 8 at night.

Sleeping is probably one of my top 5 favorite activities and I work every day 8-5 or 6 so I usually pass out around 11pm every night and wake up at 7am like clockwork. Getting into a good sleep schedule recently has done wonders for me as I have more energy, a clearer mind, and overall feels like my body is functioning better. Anyone who is working out and trying to build muscle/lose weight should definitely look to sleep 7-8 hours a night consistently.

Wen i was working out and had a good sleeping schedule I also felt better. Now I stay out until 4-5 am and sleep until i have to leave for work around 3-4.
