Go to sleep 2-3am, wake up 8am for my 12 hour shift. Daily. I love energy drinks lol

mine is almost the exact same as yours but it'll switch up and sometimes I'll sleep and lunch time to wake up at like 8pm to go to work at 11 and then the week after it'll go back go starting at 4

My sleeping schedule is horrible I usually go to bed around 4-5 am and wake up around 1-3 pm depending when I work. I've been wanting get my sleeping schedule set up to wake up around 8-9 am and go to bed at 12-1 am that way I can go to the gym in the morning but I haven't been able to do it. It's too hard!!! If anyone has tips please send them my way.

Not to bad atm I'm going sleep around 12 and waking at 7am.
Getting 8 hour would be ideal but not possible atm

Literally just fixed my sleeping pattern. Go to sleep at around 12am-1am and wake up at around 8am-9am

get about 7.5hrs go to bed at 11.30pm and wakeup at 7.10am

My sleeping schedule isn't the best unfortunately, they say that 8-10 hours is recommended for the best state of health physically and mentally, I'd say I average around 5-6.
