Dust off the ol ps2 and boot up some old games, Nostalgia usually does the trick for me.
I can't really play competitive games (EG: Fortnite, Gears of war, Halo etc) it stresses me out more.
It's just chill to kick back and play a single player sandbox game with no leaderboards.

man you guys can fix your stress i cant do it due to many because many reasons, but what i tend to try to do to get rid of it is to talk with friends and talk about whats stressing me out go out driving singing to the songs i like ect, but what i find that helps me out with stress is give hell to the thing that is stressing you out

Things I do that work
1. Work out while listening to music
2. Clear your mind, sometimes doesn't work for very long. What I do is I picture a blank piece of paper in my mind. Sounds crazy but works.
3. Another thing you can try to do is writing, doesn't matter if it's the thing/things causing stress but writing frees the mind (haha that sounds bad)
4. And lastly, try to not give a care about it. Very hard too learn but it's possible

Typically just try and play some video games or just hang out with my buddies usually helps
