If you sent as a service you can dispute it and you are more than likely to get it back if he has no evidence.

You have to be more cautious about money and accounts. Only buy from trusted sellers with the badge "Talk to Me"

Dude, you sent as a service, so just file a dispute on that transaction, then paypal will simply choose who has more proof, so i suggest you keep the conversation as proof and post it.
