Dude, you sent as a service, so just file a dispute on that transaction, then paypal will simply choose who has more proof, so i suggest you keep the conversation as proof and post it.

100% agree with you. And yeah just file a dispute, i add the same problem before, but i kept all the proof safe, so keep all of your conversations with you when you file the dispute 8)
