OK so lets take a closer look at Treyarchs First strike poster.
Here I have circled and pointed out things that no one else has ever pointed out before... Also i know there is a lot of controversy on why Treyarch put the "waffle" and Winters howl on the poster. I believe we have not gotten that update yet. Treyarch wants both ps3 and xbox to both enjoy the easter egg cuz it so awesome, and yes FLlCK the Wii.

1st we will start with the Swan. The swan is located in the bottom left corner... I have no idea what this means...at all. But Skewer the winged beast..right?

Next lets take a look at the humming bird directly above the swan.
This might also reference to the winged beast although I do know that the rocket as of now is the winged beast.

We will now take a look at the order of the Players and the weapons in their hands.
Standing first is Dempsey standing with the Wunder Waffe in his hand also a ballistic knife in the other. Second Comes Richtofen, during this map in ascension he is wearing a space suit no clue as to why? may have to do with the easter egg. Any ways he is holding the thunder gun. Next comes Takeo, who is holding the Winters Howl. Last comes Nikoali who is looking as drunk as hell. Nikoali is also playing on home grounds. "Russia". he may have something to do with unlocking the ppsh. And he is holding the Raygun. Now lets dig deeper we already know that this easter egg is pretty damn deep. This poster may give us hints on how to get farther... Like maybe in order to open a door they have to be in this specific order...or in order to unlock something they have to have these certain guns. Maybe they have to jump through a Gersch in this order.... guys i just I dont know.

Next lets take a look at the guy in the top left corner. It maybe looks to be the scientist from five if not, its something we have never seen before, for it is holding something in its hand. In game boss or something? Suggestions?

most of what you said makes sense except it's a siccle in Dempsey's hand not a ballistic knife.

It's a sickle, not a ballistic knife. Notice how there's no holes in the knife? The ballistic isn't that shiny. Not to mention it's a FAN MADE POSTER. -.- Treyarch wouldn't put a black guy on the poster, if nobody was black on the map.

Want to point out none of them are black just to let you know it's called Shading it's an artistic effect.
