Get S rank in Fight House to get the trophy. also buy the SHARK weapon to get the related trophy. these 2 are the only annoying/time consuming trophies. everything else is simple. all trophies obtained before them. no idea what pops.
sorry for leaving fight house for last but a lot of trophies were related to that annoying stage. if you don't get hit much and kill everything in the way you should get 40k A ranking. so you gotta grind 100 foot soldiers to reach 45k for S rank. can't say i was thrilled with the buggy white house fight. good luck lol
