how do i use the save every time i try to load the save it says cannot save this belongs to another player

it wont let me use the save file, i run it through save wizard, so it will let me use it, but then every time i put it on my PS4, it says it goes through, then i fire up the game, and the save file isnt there, and i dont know why this is happening, does anyone know why?
