With this save you can get the codex trophy “Discovered the meaning of the supernatural graffiti”
Instructions:

The game save is outside the church, after the priest´s murder.

Go to the designated location (the judgment house).
Do not enter the judgment house. Instead of this, turn to your left hand and you will see an alley.
Uncover the final drawing and you will get the trophy.

Also, in this game save there are all the collectibles that you can get before entering the judgment house (get the codex trophy first).
So, enter the judgment house and get all the collectibles inside the old house and you will get the trophies:

Wicked Tempers (story related)
Judgement (story related)
Collector All (You will need to collect all the collectibles inside the house)
Cassandra's Story (You will need to collect all the collectibles inside the house)
Julia's Story (You will need to collect all the collectibles inside the house)
