This Homebrew dumps all files of the Wii U SLC and MLC to the SD card. According to Crediar, this will still be useful in the future.

There must be enough space on the SD card. Also, the "usr" and "sys" folders may not exist in the root. The SLC is approximately 80 MB in size, the MLC depends on the usage (ie, what is used with games, memory data, updates, etc.).
