With wuphax you can modify your vWii without game!
Copy the boot.elf of the HackMii installer into the root of the SD card
Copy the wuphax.elf to SD: \ wiiu \ apps \ wuphax \ wuphax.elf
Remove all USB devices from the Wii U
Start Wuphax via Homebrew Launcher
Press "A" to lock the Mii channel and inject Wuphax
The Wii U should then reboot, then start the Wii mode and then the Mii channel. Now install the homebrew channel.
Start Wuphax again and press "B" to restore the Mii channel.

USB Loader GX or WiiFlow download (the hard disk must be in the upper slot!)
IOS80 patch for custom channels on the SD (optional)
