1) Download .rar
2) Extract .rar to this directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg)
3) Enjoy high(er) fps.
This autoexec.cfg file will boost your FPS, with integrated graphics and an i3 3220 I achieved around 40-50 fps which is pretty good for a intergrated graphics system.
With my normal computer I'm easily able to achieve 300-400 fps with my native resolution.
