This is one bright theme! The backgrounds are neat but they're definitely too bright (it's like 90% pure white) for the eyes and for a background. The icons match with the background so that's nice to see. Like the theme name suggests, everything is sorta outlined and the rest is left white. It's a nice theme, don't get me wrong. But it's not something I'd use because of the fact that it's waaaay to bright.
