This saved has most of the items you can get in bloodborne this includes the costumes, weapons, consumables, maximum level, weapons of the great, stones and blood rock, key elements, the vast majority of blood and rune gems caryll, all the chalices and finally many echoes of blood (65266419)
The saved is exactly in the last battle against Gehrman and I have the 4 umbilical cords so they can make the trophies of the finals with this saved.
Maybe you can make jump another of the trophies that has the game.

I can get the save file to my console storage and cloud storage through the PS5 settings for PS4 games, but then when I directly check the "Upload/Download..." option by clicking the options button on Bloodborne, it says that there is no save data on console or in cloud storage and when I launch Bloodborne it creates new save data. I think that I correctly imported and resigned the save with save wizard so thats hopefully not an issue
edit: I found the issue, save wizard somehow registered the wrong profile in the first place

It worked for me. Once you download his save file, find the location where you downloaded it. Right click, then click on "send to" and click on "compressed zip folder." What this does is convert the archive save file into an actual ZIP folder. Now you want to open up your savewizard file, click on "resign," and "import." This will open up your content folder and then u have to find the save file that YOU compressed into a ZIP file. Replace your original save, wait for it to download, and load it into your system. Last but not least, ENJOY!
