Load the Save 7 and wait a couple of seconds. The gold trophy should pop. Don't forget to re-sign not only a save file 7 but others as well (I'm not sure if it makes the difference, just in case). Also, backup your own saves before resigning!
I tested it on a dummy account. It popped. So, I hope it will work for you as well.
