This is a PC utility that makes developing for the dsiWare app "Petit Computer" a lot easier.
*make the QR Code of the PTC file
*make a PTC file from QR Code picture
*edit the PTC of the "PRG, GRP, CHR, SCR, COL" type.
(a text editor so you don't have to tap code with a stylus -sf)
