PSP homebrew game developer, emericaska8r, passed by our forums recently to tell us about his first ever Lua release, SuperMarioBros.Portable v0.1. He mentions that it is basically a Super Mario Brother clone and since it is his first release, we give him props for a good start and we hope that he'll let us in in his other PSP projects. Anyhow, the game is still in its infant stage so there are a lot of factors missing to it. For his future plans, he wants to add enemies, make levels longer, tweak the controls and gameplay. Controls are as easy as 1-2-3: the D-pad will take care of movements, press cross to jump, and press square + D-pad for Mario to run. emericaska8r is urging everybody to post their comments, criticisms, and suggestions so as he would know what to add in his next release.
