OJS wrote I think Ronaldo is athlete enough to carry on at this level for another 2 years, and even then a deteriarating Ronaldo will be leaps and bounds above anyone else bar Messi. I still dont think it will happen, Bale is more likely and he doesn't want to play in England. |

Am i the only one who thinks Joe harts performance wasent that special yesterday?
There was nothing wrong with his performance , You cant blame him for the defeat and he did just fine. But for everyone to be going crazy of how well he played , I dont understand it. Barca were great at cutting through Citys defence , But they were extremely poor when it came to taking the shots , A on game Barca would of destroyed them 5-0 and i dont care how good you think Joe hart is. Like i said ,I think harts a decent keeper (And this isnt a Courtous / cech is better) etc. This is simply i dont think he played that well - If he let in any of the shots i think it would be labelled as a bad performance , The fact he saved them doesent make it a great performance , Just one you would expect from a PL level GK (Espically playing for city) There was one save where i thought wow , thats a crazy save. The others were shots where if he let them in , Id be blaming him (If i was a city fan) as barca were awefull in front of goal , But had many chances. |

CompleteDesigns wrote Am i the only one who thinks Joe harts performance wasent that special yesterday? Many of the saves showed that he is a great keeper. I don't rate him highly in the prem, but he's currently Englands best gk. - De Gea - Courtois - Cech - Lloris - Krul - Hart They'd be my top few, Hart being 6th |

Would disagree with the England's best keeper statement. I personally believe Fraser Forster is currently England's best GK. Also currently tied for the highest amount of premier league clean sheets this season.

Many of them? , Which ones (Not hating im genuinely interested) the Messi shot was the only one i was impressed with , The others i would expect a decent level GK to save. Im not argueing that he isnt a good GK , I would say as well he is just outside the top 5 in the PL and IMO the best for England. I just dont think the performance is worthy of the reaction it has got , As i said only one save impressed me. |

That being said, maybe removing him from the team could push him to improve? |

Sourc3gamer wroteSenate wroteCompleteDesigns wrote Am i the only one who thinks Joe harts performance wasent that special yesterday? Tim Krul has consistently shown he is a great goal keeper, unfortunately for him he is at a team that is not impeccable. He isn't near the top 4, but he's the 5th best in the league. I'd also say Forster, Guzan etc. are getting to a respectable level. |
