You guys aren't performing at your optimum and you are still getting your late 1-0s which is the making of true winners. This is how United won the title time and time again under SAF, it wasn't always pretty, but with 38 games a season it never will be.

I think it'll be interesting from now however, with only Drogba up top, and a strong looking United and Arsenal to play, I don't think the league is quite as clear cut as everyone thought it would be at this stage.

But yeah back to the Wenger matter, as you say, we are referring to him in the present, and I would say he is showing his greatness currently.

You're consistently in the biggest club competition, which is good for investors. Maybe the step up would maybe not the PL, but the CL? If he can win that before he retires, it'd be a great career.

Louis Van Gaal has already proved he is a top manager.
He went unbeaten in the CL and Eridivisie and won the league two more times.
He has also won two league titles with Barca, the copa del rey and won the bundesliga with Bayern Munich.
He signed Robben from Real Madrid and started Thomas Muller.
He also made it to the semi finals of the world cup and only lost out due to penalties.
