Hello TTG! My wonderful sisters wedding early April and I'm looking to slim down as much as I can. I'm a heavier set guy in his 260' yea I know shame on me lol. I work out 4-5 times a week for 45 - 1 hour. I'm just looking for advice on different strategy's on how to increase my weight loss. I am currently meal prepping with chicken and broccoli. I've cut carbs down a lot but not entirely. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Please no hate I'm doing my best <3
Thanks everyone |

70% of weight lose happens in the kitchen. Make sure you are in a calorie deficit most of the time. |

Work out multiple times a day. Grind brother, I used to workout for a hour 3 times a day. Early in the morning, rest and then mid day, and late at night. All I ate was steak and fruit. Drank a lot of smoothies and plenty of water. I recommend just keep pushing yourself, harder workouts, longer walks/jogs, more you do that, more weight loss. |

I have a whey protein shake as well |
