PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor (£179.98 @ Amazon UK) Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard (£106.99 @ Amazon UK) Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£89.00 @ Amazon UK) Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£63.75 @ CCL Computers) Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB PULSE Video Card (£410.49 @ Scan.co.uk) Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400 Digital ATX Mid Tower Case (£76.97 @ Box Limited) Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£69.98 @ Amazon UK) Monitor: Samsung LC27JG50QQNZA 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor (£249.00 @ Amazon UK) Keyboard: Cooler Master MasterSet MS120 (UK) Wired Gaming Keyboard With Optical Mouse (£54.99 @ Amazon UK) Total: £1301.15 RGB kb/mouse, RGB cooler, RAM, case/fans and some RGB on the motherboard. 1440p144Hz is a must with this budget IMO. The Samsung JG50/JG52 is a great monitor, but you could maybe cut some costs on the system itself, and get this instead; currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-mo...lsrc=aw.ds which is a better panel, and also has Freesync which the Samsung monitor does not. The JG50/JG52 for 250 quid is an absolute steal though, can't go wrong with that if you don't want to cut costs on GPU or RGB elements. You could get an RTX 2060 Super instead of the RX 5700XT for a little bit less if you wanted; uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/C4Dkc...swf2oc-8gd uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/9wPgX...p4-3067-kr However, even the RX 5700(non XT) is faster than the RTX 2060 Super, and can be had for less easily; uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/K8MTw...00-mech-oc so I'd probably stick with a 5700 or 5700XT unless you really want the RT cores on the NVidia card. |
