Started about last July, took a 3 month break in September, started again for the new year and have been going 5 days a week since. Loving it so far

Monday Chest, arms.
Tuesday back shoulders.
Wednesday legs abs.
Thursday Chest, arms.
Friday back, shoulders.
Saturday legs, abs.
Sunday off day

Yes I train 5 days a week HIIT is what I train I rarely do weight training I focus more on endurance/ stamina rather than raw explosive strength that dies after a short while!
