2-4 miles a day
Around 12 miles
Around 6:20 for one mile
Roller, ice baths help, stretch and walk

That's a a good amount of miles, I know people that dont do cardio at all!

Yeah that's pretty much me right now.
I need the motivation to go out for a jog, but I can't get it

I was in military school for 6 months and we ran just about every morning the most they made us run was on tank trails with weighted bags and they were really long some like 10 miles.

I've just started really. I'm overweight and want to lose it. Started my fitness journey 3 months ago and I've lost 11kg so far. Can only run around 2 miles a day but hoping to improve soon!

Can I count being on my bike as running? Takes just as much out of me as running does and I guess its some form of exercise hahaha
