I was in military school for 6 months and we ran just about every morning the most they made us run was on tank trails with weighted bags and they were really long some like 10 miles. |

I've just started really. I'm overweight and want to lose it. Started my fitness journey 3 months ago and I've lost 11kg so far. Can only run around 2 miles a day but hoping to improve soon! |

Can I count being on my bike as running? Takes just as much out of me as running does and I guess its some form of exercise hahaha |
