I have to go in to get all 4 of mine pulled here soon...
Just finished getting my root canal done, and go back next month on the 23rd for the wisdom teeth and I just really don't know what to expect. I went in to get the cap taken off and for them to put on the permanent replacement today. It was pretty uncomfortable and hurt a little bit. I guess my questions would be what should I expect? Does it hurt?
If it does hurt then how long? How long does it take for them to get them pulled? Or any other info would be nice... Just kinda nerve racking for me. The idea of getting your teeth drilled into or pulled out from your mouth just isn't to pleasant. |

v_v wrote I was in a lot of pain after because i tried to not take any pain medicine, ended up taking everything they gave me and sleeping for what felt like a week. You'll want to go home and go straight to bed. It took about an hour to get all 4 of mine pulled. I was in pain for the next week, even with taking medicine. I have friends that recovered for the most part in a few days though. |

I did. Took me about 3-4 days to recover I believe. Highly recommend following the surgeon's instructions as best as possible. It pays off with no long lasting problems that I hear some people get. |

I got 2 of mine removed and it was ok. The worst part about it is the 3-4 days after its done. I was literally druling (?) saliva all over the place because I couldent really swallow (no homo). And yeah forget about eating actual food for a couple of days |

I got mines removed 2 years ago and it was okay you dont feel any pain or such, the worst bit by far is definitely the aftermath.. I was sore for a few days but it eventually wares off |
