I'm a Chef these type of people have to be one of the following
Addicted to sweets unsophisticated about food inexperienced insensitive to the value of a roast and the cooking process deprived Depending on the roast and its accompaniments, I might put on the table, and encourage the ketchup-eater to try: gravy or jus (With any meat) cranberry sauce (Turkey) horseradish sauce/ Mustard(Beef) Mint sauce (Lamb) Apple sauce (Pork) I'm joking eat what the fack you want! |

Tasty wrote Thanks for this post, man. This has given me a lot to think about. Try not to think too far into this over the course of the next couple of hours as i am fairly sure this is uncharted territory for many of our community. Personally i could not believe this was happening but upon doing my own research, I can now confirm that there are many people out there putting ketchup on their roast! |
